Fine Entertainment with a touch of class!

The Saline Big Band was formed in 1973 by a group of musicians that loved to play their music; primarily music from the swing era.  Over the years the membership has changed although we still have a number of the founding fathers in our ranks.  

This seventeen piece big band has primarily served southeastern Michigan over the years but has had opportunities to extend their audience to include the people of Brecon Wales where the Saline Big Band helped kick off the first ever Brecon Jazz festival.  During the day you will find our members masquerading as doctors, lawyers, professors, band directors, managers, engineers, and so on.  But don't be fooled.  These folks are hopeless musicians.
